Heat-resistant insulating work shoes must be heat-resistant, insulating, wear-resistant and non-slip labor safety shoes. The uppers of heat-resistant insulated work shoes are generally made of cowhide, cow split leather, pigskin or other natural leather. Heat-resistant insulating work shoes need to have heat resistance, heat insulation, insulation and withstand mechanical properties, etc.
Insulation
The electrical insulation performance of heat-resistant insulating work shoes should withstand voltage of 6kV, and leakage current should not exceed 3mA.
Thermal insulation
Heat-resistant insulating work shoes require good heat insulation. The midsole of the shoe should be made of a material with good insulation. The test equipment is the same as the heat resistance test. The experimental method is: under the condition of 150℃±5℃, after 40 minutes, record the surface temperature of the shoe insole every 5 minutes, and then calculate (from the time the sample is placed on the heating plate) to get the average temperature, which is the same as the test The temperature difference of the front inner surface shall not exceed 22°C.
Heat resistance
The heat resistance requirement of shoes is to put the shoes on an adjustable temperature heating plate, and put steel balls in the shoes. Then fill the sand around the shoe so that the height of the sand reaches the upper edge of the bottom, but does not exceed the upper. Wait for the temperature to rise to 150℃±5℃ and stabilize for 20 minutes. Cool to room temperature and observe the sample. The shoes should not melt, deform or separate.
It is very important that heat-resistant insulating work shoes have heat resistance and insulation. Low heat-resistant work shoes require a sole heat-resistant temperature of 150 ℃ ± 5 ℃, and high heat-resistant work shoes require the sole to be resistant. The heating temperature is 250℃±5℃.
